Terra Metals is advancing a world-class copper-cobalt project at a time of unprecedented global demand for critical minerals. Backed by a substantial resource base, established infrastructure, and secured market access, the Kalaba Mine & Prospect offers compelling mining investment opportunities tied to electrification and clean energy.
INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

The Kalaba Mine & Prospect is a copper-cobalt project located within Zambia’s globally recognized Copperbelt.
Approximately 21 million tonnes of Indicated and Inferred mineralization, supported by a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate.
Estimated gross mineral value within the large-scale mining license exceeds $1.2 billion, based on current assumptions.
Well positioned to benefit from structural supply constraints and rising global demand for copper and cobalt driven by electrification, electric vehicles, and renewable energy.
Long-term offtake arrangements are in place with established global consumers, supporting revenue visibility.
Capital is being sought to transition from pilot operations to full-scale commercial production, including downstream value addition through copper cathode production.
